Meet Your Facilitator
Daria is a qualified psychology professional with experience supporting women from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where women can build confidence, improve their wellbeing and connect with others through practical, interactive workshops.
Drawing on psychology and practical wellbeing approaches, Daria combines group discussion with activities such as guided relaxation, gentle movement, breathing exercises, creative art sessions, and practical tools that women can use in everyday life.

Supporting your wellbeing through conversations around stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing and healthy everyday habits.
Confidence & Communication
Growing in confidence, finding your voice and learning skills that help you communicate with greater clarity and self-belief.

Supporting yourself and your loved ones through conversations around positive parenting, family life and helping children flourish.
Life Skills & Independence
Learning useful skills such as using computers and phones, staying safe online, managing money, improving your English language and finding local services.
Connection & Community
Reducing isolation, building friendships and exploring healthy relationships, boundaries and ways to feel more connected and supported.

Our free workshops include easy-to-follow activities that support wellbeing, confidence and connection. Join us for tea and coffee, conversation and self-care time.
It's a wonderful opportunity to meet other women, make new friendships and enjoy time for yourself.

Are the workshops free?
Yes. All workshops are completely free to attend. Tea and coffee are also free.
Do I need to attend every session?
No. You're welcome to attend as many or as few workshops as you wish.

Yes. Please call/message/whatsapp 07480 621711 or email contact@truehonour.org.uk so that a member of our team can complete your registration.
Where are the workshops held?
Workshops are held in welcoming community venues. The rooms used are private and not accessible to anyone other than workshop participants and staff members.
How do I find the workshop venue?
Kingston workshop: Kingston Quaker Centre, Fairfield East, Kingston Upon Thames, KT1 2PT.
Hounslow workshop: Isleworth Public Hall, South Street, Isleworth TW7 7BG.
Is there parking nearby?
Kingston workshop: Cattle Market Car Park within a few minutes walk to the Quaker Centre.
Hounslow workshop: Wisdom Court Car Park within a few minutes walk to Isleworth Public Hall.

What should I bring?
Just yourself. Tea, coffee and all workshop materials will be provided.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many women attend on their own, and our workshops are designed to help everyone feel welcome.
Are the workshops confidential?
Yes. We ask everyone to respect each other's privacy. What is shared in the workshop stays in the workshop.
What should I do if I have support needs?
Please let us know of any accessibility or support needs when completing your registration with us. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
What if I can no longer attend?
If you're unable to attend after registering, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your place to another woman.
